3. Source of Fund - Voluntary Donation, Charity shows
4. Ex-officio Chairman - Secretary Railway Board
5. Sickness (Self or dependent) including father - 1 lakh
6. Pre-mature death - 1.5 lakh provided no CGA appointment, no WC Act apply
7. Murdered/killed or accident on duty - 3 lakh, no compensation under WC Act.
8. Natural calamities (fire/cyclone/flood, earthquake)- 25 lakh
9. Victims of crime against women - as decided by committee
10. Misc. -  as decided by committee
11. Retired employee not included.
12. Non-Railway person or body not included.
