Ceremonial Function
General Managers can sanction -
- For Each ceremonial function – up to Rs 5 lakh
- For MR/MOSR functions – up to Rs 15 lakh in each case
- For PM/President functions – up to Rs 20 lakh in each case
For other important Functions
- Functions which are attended by President/ Prime Minister / Ministers of Railways,
- 1.5 lakh by GM
- Finance concurrence is necessary.
