Ceremonial Function

General Managers can sanction -

• For Each ceremonial function – up to Rs 5 lakh
• For MR/MOSR functions – up to Rs 15 lakh in each case 
• For PM/President functions – up to Rs 20 lakh in each case

 For other important Functions 

• Functions which are attended by President/ Prime Minister / Ministers of Railways, 
• 1.5 lakh by GM
• Finance concurrence is necessary.
