Settlement Passes

Settlement passes for Kit and Motor Car, etc., may be issued to the employees so that they can use the same six months before the date of their retirement. However, such Kit Passes will continue to be issued within one year of the retirement of the employees with relaxation up to 2 years by General Managers as per the extant orders on the subject. 

For any relaxation beyond this period i.e. six months before the actual date of retirement or 2 years after the date of retirement the matter may be referred to the Ministry of Railways for their consideration.
