During Work Related Illness Injury Leave & CCL paid to non-gazetted RPF/RPSF personnel.

During CCL, RMA would be as admissible at full rate for the first 60 days and at half rate for next 60 days of CCL to non-gazetted RPF/RPSF personnel. No RMA will be admissible beyond 120 days, if CCL is availed for more than 120 days at a stretch.
During WRIIL, RMA will be paid at full rate during the entire period of hospitalization on account of WRIIL.
If free diet is given during hospitalization period, then no RMA will be admissible for such period.
For period beyond hospitalization, the eligible non-gazetted RPF/RPSF personnel on IRs will be paid full pay and allowances, with no limit regarding the period of leave.
